Plywood production: This is the process of making thin sheets of wood by gluing together layers of wood veneer. The cold press machine is used to pre-press the veneer sheets before they are glued and hot pressed to form plywood .

•  Using the international standard Q235 steel, the 4-pillar column is integrally welded with the upper and lower beams, high strength safety factor and small deformation; the welding process strictly implements the specified welding process, and the plane (contact surface) after pressing has small errors. The overall deformation is small and the flatness of the working surface is high.
• The pressurization adopts a 4-cylinder group so that the press product is evenly stressed.
• The plunger and the synchronous shaft are ground, hard-coated and polished on the surface to achieve wear resistance, high precision and reliability.
• The synchronization mechanism adopts a horizontal mechanism linked by gears, rack guides and bevel gears which makes the work table surface more stable.
• The transmission system adopts hydraulic lifting chain transmission, and the lifting action of the chain transmission mechanism adopts a gear rack vertical and horizontal guiding synchronous mechanism, and horizontal transmission.
• Equipped with safety protection, identification warning, emergency stop device, safety limit and material detection.
• PLC programmable touch screen control, easy to operate and various parameters can be read at will through the man-machine interface.
